We give you a binding time frame after the first conversation. Your own effort stays small either way: one kickoff, the interviews, one results presentation.

The audit is a fixed-price product — we quote the exact price and time frame bindingly after the first conversation, depending on company size, complexity and system landscape. If you commission the build (step 2), the audit fee is credited in full.

What do we need to prepare?
Almost nothing. You name the 3–6 interview partners and give us read access to the relevant repositories. Nothing needs to be tidied up beforehand — the current state is exactly what we want to see.
How much of our team’s time does it take?
Around 60–90 minutes per interview partner, plus a 90-minute kickoff and results presentation. Day-to-day business continues as normal — we work around your operations, not through them.
Why isn’t the duration fixed?
Because businesses aren’t. The number of locations, systems and key people determines the effort. A flat duration would be too shallow for some and needlessly expensive for others — hence: a binding time frame after the first conversation.
What happens to our data?
Processing is GDPR-compliant, with an NDA on request. We embed no third-party trackers on this site — and we hold the same attitude towards your company data: it stays yours.
Is the audit worthwhile without a follow-up project?
Yes — deliberately so. Map, score and roadmap are vendor-neutral. You can implement every measure yourself or with other partners. If you commission us, the audit fee is credited in full.
What does it cost?
A fixed price, depending on company size and complexity — quoted bindingly after the free first conversation. No running costs, no obligation to continue.
